HDH can provide you with a comprehensive Hose Management System, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. Condition surveys, unique identification numbering systems, hose registers and customised  change out plans to suit your operation. Replacement hoses & compete hose kits can then be made without any need for site visits.

Hose making capabilities of 1/4" to 2" onsite and at our base, with pressure testing facilities at our base should the client require.

HDH have a range of tube & pipe bending, crimping and flaring tools for tubing installation works. Welded pipe sections can be manufactured from drawing.

HDH provide on-site oil sampling services and can provide fast analysis results.

HDH have a dedicated oil analysis laboratory at our base facility. On-site oil analysis laboratories are available for hire during larger workscopes.

HDH can provide oil analysis with our laser particle analysers, giving 'real time' results from live systems.

HDH have a range of diesel & pneumatic driven flushing units for system cleaning, or decontamination prior to disposal. Our pulsation unit is available for larger bore systems requiring higher flow rates. We have units suitable for mineral oils and water glycol based fluids. 

HDH  can provide accumulator service and repairs at our facility or on-site.

HDH can provide cylinder repair, overhaul or replacement.
